Thank you so much for a job well done with our bathroom installation.  

Starting with pre-planning, you recorded the measurements and dimensions of our bathroom and you offered advice about the parts we had already ordered and whether they would fit safely.  You also gave realistic advice about things we wanted but you felt may not work, e.g. you advised against stone flooring due to the existing chipboard floorboards.  This exercise ensured we were fully prepared for the next stage.

You then provided a reasonable and competitive quotation based on the projected number of days involved.  Once the work commenced, you ensured that we were kept in the loop at all stages and would consult with us regularly.  This included sending us photos to our workplace to show how something, e.g. the wall tiles or the taps would look and if we liked it that way - or wanted it another way.  Your attention to detail, your meticulously high standards and your absolute commitment to customer satisfaction were evident at all times.

In closing, we are delighted with our new bathroom and are certainly spending more time in it!  We will not hesitate to recommend you to friends and associates.  It goes without saying that we will call you back when further work is required and we plan to do our kitchen next.
